Non-Active Ingredients:
sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, stearic acid.

Remove suppository from foil by tearing open notched end. Insert into the rectum and allow to remain for 15 to 30 minutes. It is not necessary for the suppository to melt to be effective. Use one suppository per day.

Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Do not use for more than 1 week unless advised by a doctor.

Children 6 to 12 years - 1 capsule per day. Adults and children over 12 - 1 or 2 capsules one to two times per day.

Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence on laxatives. Do not administer COLACE within two hours of another medicine, because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced or if you are taking mineral oil. Do not take for more than one week unless advised by a physician.
